But in order to maintain that power, he must feed himself with a diet that is sufficient for a hero. That's why today we have made 1! A lot of people focus on training like Izuku, but skimp on how important diet is...
Well, not me! We have perfected his diet and given the reason for every meal and ingredient.

Tamago Kake Gohan
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
2 to 3 cups very hot cooked brown rice
2 eggs + 3 egg whites
splashes of tamari
1 scallions, finely chopped
sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Calories: 700. Protein 25g Carbohydrates 130g Fats 12g
Any Fish/Meat type
Calories:300. Protein 25g Carbohydrates 40g Fats 5g
Smoked mackerel and spinach baked eggs with Wedges/Rice
3 tbsp crème fraîche
3 tbsp snipped fresh chives
1 tbsp grated horseradish from a jar (horseradish sauce works fine too)
100g smoked mackerel, skin removed
3 medium free-range eggs
Calories:800. Protein 30g Carbohydrates 118g Fats 20g
Kiwi Protein shake
Calories:250. Protein 25g Carbohydrates 37.5g Fats 0
PORK CUTLET BROCCOLI BOWL
1 rice cooker cup long grain rice (¾ cup / 150g)
½ tsp salt
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fried shallots
1 cup broccoli florets (100g)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 piece pork loin chop (5 oz/142g)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg (lightly beaten)
2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp soy sauce
